A.2. Description of the project:
The given project is the first project of the scale regional program of the Central part of Russian Federation at support of local and regional authority. All projects of this program will have an index "eKoFaWirt" and serial number (in this case - "01"). This program is included first of all projects, which immediately require the investments on the one hand, as are in immediate proximity from the occupied items, and on the other hand are attractive to the investors on various parameters.
